Company Ambassador / Poster Boy
JACK THE BEAR: Jack is a good friend of the team’s. He is always here to lend a friendly hand and to give advice. Jack is an active bear, he enjoys Sunday drives, cruising around the Port Hills of Christchurch on his motorbike or going for long walks on the beach. He’s a straight up bear who enjoys helping customers to Jack Up finance or leasing packages to suit them. You’ll hear Jack a lot on the Radio, so keep an ear out!
CATH McCARTHY – SALES & OPERATIONS MANAGER
Catherine McCarthy (Cath) has been in the finance industry for 20 young years. She has worked for UDC, MARAC, Gold Band Finance and was more recently, for the past 7 years, the South Island Area Manager for Instant Finance.
Throughout her career Cath has been involved in all areas of finance, from asset loans (cars, bikes, boats, horse floats, you name it!) to personal loans, business finance and mortgage/caveat lending.
Cath is married with 2 adult children and lives at home with her husband, 18 yr old niece and 2 dogs. In her spare time she is a regular at Body Fix Gym, has a caravan in Kaikoura (for a spot of fishing) and loves to travel.

MELISSA ROWLANDS
Melissa joined Stadium Finance in February 2017, looking for a new challenge. She previously worked at Instant Finance for four years as a Lender and prior to that worked in a family business as a sales consultant, selling vehicles for eight years.
Melissa has two children – a daughter of 30 and a son aged 18. She also has two cats (Floss and Miley) and a wee Jack Russel crossed with a Bichon (named Poppy). In her spare time, Melissa enjoys gardening. She and her partner are also currently renovating their house.

DALE LEONARD
Dale joined the team at Stadium Finance in May 2016. She previously had eight years experience in finance and insurance in the motor industry with a car dealership in Christchurch, then took a five-year break before joining Stadium Finance.
In her spare time, Dale has been involved in crewing at the Christchurch speedway and is never scared to pick up tools and get her hands dirty. Recently she has hung up her pit crew uniform and is now supporting her teenage daughter in the marching world.
